140 islands. 10 hours. The full day, done properly.

Kornati is the densest archipelago in the Mediterranean: 140 mostly uninhabited islands, half of them inside a national park. You can't see it from land. You can't really see it on a short tour either. This is the full day: ten hours on one of our 7.5m RIBs, leaving from Šibenik in the morning, threading through the inner park, and back in the evening.

Planned stops include Ravni Žakan, Klobučar, Piškera, Rašip, Mana, Levrnaka, and Lojena, Kornati's only sandy beach. The exact route can shift with sea conditions; we follow what the water lets us do.

The national park entry ticket is included in the €900. Lunch is a prosciutto and cheese sandwich onboard, plus unlimited cold drinks from the iced cooler.

The route

  1. 1 Depart Šibenik riva Boarding at the riva, or a free boat pickup from the D-Resort pier, the main pier in Vodice, or your arranged spot at Amadria Park. About a 90-minute run to the park boundary.
  2. 2 Ravni Žakan The southern gate of the park, and your first stop inside Kornati. Park ticket already taken care of.

  3. 3 Klobučar The highest cliff in the Kornati, passed close under from the water.

  4. 4 Piškera The park's only marina and a small 16th-century church. Jakov winters out here alone with his honey and cheese.
  5. 5 Rašip First swim of the day. A marked snorkel zone where the cliff drops as far below the water as above it.

  6. 6 Lunch onboard Prosciutto and cheese sandwich, cold drinks, anchored somewhere quiet.
  7. 7 Mana The seaward cliffs and the fake stone village left standing from a 1950s film set.

  8. 8 Levrnaka Lojena, the only proper sandy beach in Kornati. The big swim stop before the run home.

  9. 9 Return to Šibenik Long run home through the outer islands. Total time on the water about 10 hours.

Stops and order shift with wind and sea. Your skipper runs the best version of the day, not a fixed clock.

Frequently asked questions

Is this tour private?
Yes. One group per boat, up to 11 guests, €900 flat for the whole boat. Fuel, the Kornati National Park ticket, lunch, drinks and snorkel gear are all included.
Is the national park ticket really included?
Yes. The €900 covers it - the park charges per boat, so the ticket is included whatever your group size. Nothing to pay at the gate.
Is food included?
A prosciutto and cheese sandwich, plus cold drinks from the cooler (unlimited). If you have a big appetite, bring extra snacks, there's no shop on the islands.
What if the sea isn't safe?
Kornati is past the outer chain, we need decent conditions. If the forecast says no, we cancel and you reschedule or get a full refund.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, but think honestly about it. It's ten hours on a fast boat. Kids who handle the ocean well love it. Kids who don't, won't.
Which boat does this tour use?
Kornati runs on one of our 7.5m RIBs, Valiant or Roko. They're the right hulls for the open-water crossing and the sea state you can get past the outer islands.
Are towels included?
No, bring your own.
