Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book or take part in a boat tour operated by Ardura Travel ("we", "us"). By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them on behalf of everyone in your party. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Making a booking

You can request a booking on WhatsApp, by phone, or through the contact form on this website. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed your tour, date, group size, and price with you and confirmed it back to you. Departure times for your date are agreed with you directly when we confirm your booking.

2. Prices and what's included

Current prices are shown on each tour page and confirmed when you book. What is and is not included depends on the tour. In particular:

• Towels are not included on any tour. Please bring your own.
• The Kornati National Park entry ticket is included in the Kornati tour price. There is nothing extra to pay at the gate.
• The Krka Transfer is a boat transfer to Skradin, not a Krka National Park tour. Krka National Park entry and the park boat from Skradin are paid separately by you, at the pier.
• Lunch is included only where the tour page says so. Where a lunch stop is optional, you pay the restaurant directly.

3. Payment

We confirm how and when to pay when we lock in your booking. We do not take payments through this website, and we never see or store your card details.

4. Changes or cancellation by you

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If you need to change your date or group size, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

5. Changes or cancellation by us, and weather

Your safety comes first. If the sea or weather is not safe, we do not sail. In that case you can reschedule to another available day or receive a full refund. On rare occasions we may need to change the route, timing, or boat for operational or safety reasons; we will tell you as soon as we can.

6. On the boat: your responsibilities

• Our boats carry a maximum of 11 guests. Please give us accurate party numbers when you book.
• You must follow the crew's safety instructions at all times. The skipper may refuse boarding or end a tour if someone behaves unsafely or is heavily intoxicated.
• Children are welcome but remain the responsibility of the adults travelling with them.
• Swimming is at your own risk. Tell us before you book if anyone in your group cannot swim or has a medical condition we should know about.
• Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Free boat pickup is offered from D-Resort, Amadria Park and the main pier in Vodice; from anywhere else, please make your own way to the Šibenik riva.

7. Wildlife and swimming

Dolphins in our waters are wild animals. Sightings are common, but they can never be guaranteed, and we do not enter the water with them. Swimming, snorkelling, and use of any water equipment we provide are done at your own risk and on the crew's guidance.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to run our tours safely and as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or injury caused by your own failure to follow safety instructions, by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for personal belongings you bring on board. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Croatian law.

We strongly recommend that every guest holds valid travel and medical insurance for the trip.

9. Complaints

If something is not right, please tell the crew during the tour so we can try to fix it on the spot. If you are still not satisfied, contact us afterwards using the details below and we will look into it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia. As a consumer, you may also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution under Croatian and EU consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your booking. The date at the top shows when this page was last reviewed.
