Frequently asked questions

If you don't find what you need here, message us on WhatsApp. We usually reply within an hour or two.

Booking & availability

Where do tours depart from?
Šibenik riva, near the old town. There's a booth on the waterfront with our sign. If you're staying at D-Resort, pickup is free, message us with your arrival info.
Are departure times fixed?
Most full-day and half-day tours leave around 9:00 AM, but exact available times on your date are shown when you check availability. That's the source of truth.
Can I book last minute?
Yes, availability is live. If a seat opens up for tomorrow morning, you'll see it. If you don't see what you want, WhatsApp us and we'll check.
How do I pay?
Online through the booking link on each tour page. Card payments accepted. [REPLACE: confirm payment methods when Bókun is configured]
Do you take walk-ups at the riva?
Yes, but we can't promise seats. If a specific date, tour, or group size matters to you, book ahead.

Pickup & meeting point

Is the D-Resort pickup really free?
Yes. Message us with your arrival time and we'll come to the lobby and walk you to the boat.
Do you pick up from other hotels?
Free pickup is from D-Resort only. If you're staying elsewhere, getting to the Šibenik riva is short and easy: a quick taxi or a short walk from most old-town accommodations.

On the boat

Are drinks included?
Yes. Cold beer, juice, and water from an iced cooler on every tour.
Is lunch included?
Depends on the tour. Kornati: prosciutto and cheese sandwich on board. Riviera: not included, just an optional lunch stop at a konoba on Prvić, paid directly (€20-30 pp). Panoramic, Dolphin, Krka Transfer: no.
Are towels included?
No. Bring your own.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, a light layer for windy rides, cash or card for lunch and personal expenses, phone or camera.
Is swim gear included?
Snorkeling gear, paddleboards, and underwater scooters are included on the Riviera, Kornati, and Dolphin tours. Not on the Panoramic or Krka Transfer.

Kornati & Krka

Is the Kornati National Park ticket included?
Yes, it's included in the €130 Kornati tour price. No extra to pay at the gate.
Is the Krka National Park ticket included on the Krka Transfer?
No. The Krka Transfer is a boat transfer to Skradin, not a Krka National Park tour. The park entry ticket and the Krka NP boat from Skradin to the waterfalls are paid separately by you, at the pier.

Dolphins

Are dolphin sightings guaranteed?
No. They're very common: the dolphins reliably feed at an aquaculture facility between Murter and Vrgada, but they're wild animals.
Can I swim with the dolphins?
No. We don't get in the water with them, and you shouldn't book a tour that says they will.

Weather & safety

What happens if the weather is bad?
If the sea isn't safe, we don't sail. You can reschedule to another available day or get a full refund.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. [REPLACE: confirm exact policy matches Bókun configuration]
Is the boat safe for small kids?
The Panoramic is the easiest: short, calm, close to land. The Riviera is also kid-friendly. Kornati and Dolphin are long days in open water, fine for older kids, but think honestly about whether a younger child will enjoy six to ten hours on a fast boat.

Groups & private charter

Can I book the whole boat for my group?
Yes, private charter is €450 for a half-day and €550 for a full-day, plus fuel. For larger groups it can work out cheaper per person than buying shared seats.
What's the max group size?
11 guests per boat.
Do you do weddings or special events?
Yes, ask us, private full-day is a good fit. Message us on WhatsApp.
