Primošten is a town and municipality on the coast between Šibenik and Trogir. It sits on what was once an islet, joined to the mainland by a causeway that replaced a drawbridge, and it is named after the Croatian verb primostiti, to bridge. The town is built on a hill, and the area is known for its vineyards. Primošten is about 28 km and 35 minutes by road from the Šibenik riva.
The shared tours, Autumn Zlarin & Panorama (€50 per person) and Riviera: Blue Lagoon, Zlarin & Prvić (€90 per person), leave from the Šibenik riva, about 35 minutes by road from Primošten. There is no pickup for them in Primošten: you get to the riva yourself, and Ardura Taxi can drive you, booked with them.
